A special occasion very premium fish from our beautiful waters in Batang Ai hydro dam. The Black Emperor has a sweet fruity flavour, succulent, firm flesh with large flakes & few bones, which can be easily removed. Some restaurants steam it with the scales on.
This fish is immediately IQF packed (cleaned and. gutted). The Black Emperor is air flown in from Sarawak to Kuala Lumpur. A good size for home cooking or send to your favourite PJ or KL restaurant. Make your Chinese New Year or Birthday a special one!
