All our fish from Batang Ai, Sarawak are harvested and processed using the best technologies to keep it fresh. The products are Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) just like those used for salmon and tuna sashimis! The farm is MyGAP certified for best practise and to export out from Sarawak. You are ensured of the freshest products that feels like you are eating right in Batang Ai!
Keep your fish in your freezer until it is ready for thawing to eat.
Thaw your fish overnight in your fridge or if you need to expedite it, put your fish in a bag and thaw in a container of water. Try not to thaw the fish in pipe water. The chlorinated water can alter the taste of the fish.
Rinse your thawed fish and pat dry before marinating or seasoning to cook. Your fresh fish can now be cooked in any way you desire! Enjoy the freshness from Sarawak to you!
